What makes us special…
At Sunshine we pride ourselves on giving children and their families a warm and friendly welcome.
We offer plenty of opportunities for your little ones to explore, play, investigate, make friends and become more confident and independent. We are a packaway setting which means that we can regularly change the layout of the room.
Although our ethos is ensuring that we provide as much exciting and interesting experiences for your children utilizing our lovely inside and outside spaces our families are just as important to us, after all WE MAY LOOK AFTER THE MOST PRECIOUS JEWELS IN YOUR LIFE BUT WE ALSO LOOK AFTER THE CROWN THAT HOLDS THEM…ALL OUR FAMILIES MATTER TO US.
We are always there to help and support you along their learning journey with us.
Our activities…
Using the seven areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum (EYFS); Personal Social and Emotional Development (PSED), Communication and Language, Physical Development, Literacy, Mathematics, Understanding of the World and Expressive Arts and Design, we plan and implement a wide range of activities to develop children’s learning on a daily basis.
Click the button below to read few examples of how we would implement each area of learning across the whole nursery.
